1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
3-4 tbsp milk
1 tsp lemon-herb seasoning
1 can (4oz) tiny shrimp, drained
1 tbsp sliced green onion
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 large red peppers, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
32 flat leaf parsley, if desired

1. In bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, lemon-herb seasoning; beat until smooth. Add shrimp, green onion and papper; mix well
2. Scoop into pepper pieces. Cover and refridgerate.
