1 c. broccoli
1 c. diced zucchini
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. butter
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
12 oz. cooked fettuccini noodles
1/2 tsp. basil
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, cook vegetables in basil and butter, until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes and mushrooms. Toss noodles and vegetables. Serve with parmesan cheese. Use whatever vegetables are in season.
