Mix well/knead. Put through pasta machine or cut by hand. To cook: 1 large kettle of water, seasoned with 1 tbsp. chicken/beef bouillion and 1 tbsp oil. When water is boiling, add noodles and boil until al dente (sticky).
Can also add spinach to the flour and egg mixture for spinach alfredo.
