1 tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1.5 c. water
3.25 c. flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar, and water together. Then add flour and salt. Mix and knead for 3 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Melt 2/3 cup butter on a cookie sheet. Pick out a small ball of dough and roll between hands until it is about 1-inch wide by 4-inches long, and roll it in the butter on the cookie sheet. Let rise for 10-20 minutes (depending on how big you want your breadsticks).
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
