4 c. hot water - warm, not too hot
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. yeast
12 c. flour (about)
4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put water, sugar, oil, yeast, and 6 cups of flour in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon. Add salt and stir. Add four cups of flour and mix. Add in 2 more cups of flour (one at a time) and mix until desired texture. Knead with your hands when it gets too hard to stir. Cut the dough and roll. When you get it to the desired size, pat.
Bake at 425F for 20 minutes on cookie sheets
