4 slices bacon, chopped
1 chopped onion
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1/4 tsp. Granulated Garlic
2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet and drain on paper towel. Saute onion in bacon drippings for 5 minutes (soft but not brown). Add remaining ingredients. Cover and braise for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 c. water, if needed, to prevent scorching. Stir in bacon pieces.

I sometimes fry the 4 slices of bacon and then crumble them by hand into the cabbage.
