4.5 c. flour
1.5 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2.5 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2 c. dry milk powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Make sure they are thoroughly combined. Cut in oil with pastry blender or fork until mixture looks like coarse cornmeal. Store in covered plastic storage container at room temperature. Add 1 bay leaf to the stored mixture to discourage bugs.
