1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed bananas
1.25 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in bananas, sift together dry ingredients, add to banana mixture, mix well. Pour into greased 9x9x2 pan.
Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
