2 cans cream-style corn
1 thick slice (1/2 in.) Velveeta cheese
salt & pepper
cracker crumbs
milk
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 cans cream-style corn in greased 2 qt. casserole. Cut up slice of Velveeta in corn. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cover top with cracker crumbs and add milk to moisten. Dot with butter and bake at 350º for one hour or until brown.

Grandma Maymie Wolf always had an oven dinner awaiting the family when they got home from church on Sunday. She often made Scalloped Corn. Aunt Janice gave this recipe to me and it tastes like Grandma Maymie's.
