1 or 2 Cans Beer (any brand) 1 Corned Beef Brisket 1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard 2 Cups Brown Sugar
Place corned beef brisket in bottom of slow cooker. Mix Brown sugar and mustard till a thick brownish runny paste. Pour Mustard mixture over brisket. Pour beer over brisket till it is covered. Cook on low about 6 hours.
This has great flavor and is best with mashed potatoes.
