3 or 4 Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Stick Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes. Place in iron skillet and sprinkle with sugar. Chop butter over potatoes. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender and syrup is thick.
