5 Lbs. Red Potatoes (peeled and cooked)
1 8oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Half and Half
1 tsp. Onion Powder or Onion Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Stick Butter
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes. Mix together cream cheese, half and half, and onion powder (or salt), mix well. Add to mashed potatoes, then add butter. Mix until creamy. Pour mixture into a buttered 3 quart casserole dish. bake at 350 to 375 for 35 minutes.
