1 cup pumpkin
1 teas. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks (well beaten)
1/8 teas. Salt
2 cups milk
2 rounded Tabl. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, sugar & egg yolks in sauce pan. Add salt, spice & corn starch. Blend thoroughly. Add milk & blend. Cook on med. heat until boils & thickens. Pour into cooked pie shell. Chill
