1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine rice, sugar, cinnamon, butter or margarine, milk and vanilla in 4-cup baking dish. 2. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes: stir gently. Bake 20 minutes longer, or till creamy-thick. Serve warm or cold-with cream, if you wish. Makes 4 servings
