1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. fresh cooking apples, diced
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together oil, sugar and eggs in large mixing bowl. Mix flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and add to first mixture. Add vanilla and mix; then stir in diced apples and nuts. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
