2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp sugar
1 stick melted butter
OR pre-made graham cracker crust, 9"

8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup bottled key lime juice
1 cup sour cream

Non-dairy whipped topping
Grated lime rind

To make crust, combine all ingredients and blend well. Press into 9" pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
To make the filling, blend cream cheese and condensed milk, blend in key lime juice, then blend in sour cream. Pour into cooled graham cracker crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
To serve, top with whipped cream, then sprinkle lime rind.
