Sauce: 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 small chopped onion 1 can tomatoes or tomato juice (about 1 1/2 c.) 1/4 c. corn syrup 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
Bake ribs in open broiling pan for 1/2 hour at 425 degrees.
Bring mixture of all sauce ingredients to a boil and simmer at least 5 minutes. Pour over ribs and bake 1 hour at 350º.
