2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tsp oregano
10 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
2 Tbsp capers, rinsed
2 oz raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, green pepper and garlic in small amount of olive oil until soft and translucent. Add ground beef and oregano and cook until no longer pink, breaking up large pieces. Add tomato sauce, olives, capers and raisins and bring to boil, reduce to simmer. Cook for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
