3 cups warm water
1tbsp salt
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 tbsp Dough Enhancer
1 1/2 tbsp vital wheat gluten
8 to 8 1/2 cups hard white wheat( freshly milled is best)
1 1/2 tbsp Saf Yeast

Add all ingredients except the last cup of flour, (71/2 cups), mix to paste on speed 1 or 2. If too sticky, add additional flour to eliminate stickiness. Mix on speed 2 for 8 minutes. Take immediately our of the bowl. Fill non-stick loaf pan 2/3 full, cover with saran wrap (to keep moist), place on top of preheating stove, let rise until doubled( approx 1 1/2 inches above the top of the pan).

Bake 350 Degrees for 20-25 min

It says that is is fool proof bread, but it is only true if you use the right ingredients. This hard white wheat is really good and makes this bread good. I've tried half and half whole wheat/white flour and it's not the same. If you have a bosch you can make the whole recipe. If you have a kitchen aid it is a little harder so I cut the recipe down to make one or two loaves. Also this dough freezes well if you don't want to make all the loaves at once.
