2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt & 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 can undiluted mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c.crushed corn flakes
1/3 c. butter

Directions:

Put potatoes on bottom and the rest on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
