4 thin chicken cutlets
salt & pepper
1/4 cup flour
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/4 cup dry vermouth
1/2 tsp or less of grated lemon peel
chopped parsley and lemon slices as garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip each cutlet into flour to coat on both sides. Saute in hot butter until browned and cooked. Remove pan from heat and add vermouth and lemon peel. Return to heat and boil rapidly to thicken slightly. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and lemon slices.
