Boil 4-6 chicken breasts for 15 min
Shred chicken into bite size pieces

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz of cream cheese, softened
2 tsp poppyseed

Topping (the best part)
1 1/2 packages of Ritz crackers
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
After boiling and shredding chicken; mix together soup, sour cream, cream cheese and poppy seeds. Pour mixture over chicken and mix together. Place in 9X13 in pan. Crush Ritz crackers in a gallon size plastic bag; add melted butter. Mix together and press on top of chicken. Bake @ 350 for 25 min.

Serve over rice or wide egg noodles or just enjoy it by itself.
