1/2 8-oz. pkg. noodles
1 qt. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 l3-oz. can of tuna
3 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again. Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and salt and blend. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thickened. Flake drained tunafish; add to white sauce. Turn into cooked noodles and mix well. Top with bread crumbs, which have been stirred into small amount of melted butter, and bake in 1 1/2 quart, greased casserole, uncovered for crisp crumbs, at 400 for 20 min.
