8 oz noodles or elbow macaroni
2 6 1/2 - 7 oz tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup red or green pepper, diced
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
French's french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles/macaroni, drain. Combine noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onions, peppers and black pepper, to taste, in a casserole dish. In saucepan, blend soup and milk and heat thoroughly, add cheese and heat until cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture, blend together and bake uncovered at 425 for 15 - 20 minutes. Top casserole with fried onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
