3/4 Cup uncooked rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 can water
leftover cooked chicken or turkey
butter and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9X13 Casserole dish.
Chunk leftover chicken, however much you have set aside.
Mix the rice,dry soup,can of soup and water and then mix all the chicken that you chunked with all the other ingredients and also reserve a little chicken for on top. Put pats of butter on, as many and look good, and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 for about 2 hours. May have to add a little more water depending how dry it gets.
