4 ripe, semi-soft avocados
3 cloves peeled garlic
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, mince the garlic cloves. Next, add the 4 peeled and pitted avocados. Blend till smooth. Add the salt, pepper, and lime juice and whirl for about 5 seconds.

Chill covered for 1/2 hour. Serve immediately, with tortilla chips or as a topping for Mexican dishes.
