Vidalia onion(s)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the top and bottom from a peeled Vidalia onion to make it sit flat. Place a pat of butter and 1/4 tsp chicken bouillion granules on top of the Vidalia. Sprinkle with chives or other herbs if desired. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or microwave for 7 minutes on high. Try topping the baked onion with a pat of butter and other flavors - Worcestershire sauce, Italian dressing, Kahlua - almost anything the cook flavors. Try a sprinkle of cheese too.
