5 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and marinate for 12 hours in 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar, 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/3 cup canola oil.
