4 Apples, Cut in Bite Size Pieces
1 lb. Red Grapes, Halved
2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
1/2 Cup Walnut Pieces
1 Large Banana, Cut in Small Bite Size Pieces
Dressing:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (or to taste),
1 T. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, grapes, celery, and nuts in a large bowl. Mix in a separate bowl the mayonnaise and orange juice. Toss on salad. Just before serving, add the banana.

This is an all time favorite in our family. It is served at all special holiday dinners and many times throughout the year. It is good with your favorite apple. Recipe may be cut or enlarged and proportioned to your personal taste.
