1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
2 tbls catsup
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp worchester sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbls butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c water

Mix ground beef with egg, onion, bread crumbs, catsup, mustard, salt worchester sauce and pepper. Shape into 4 patties 1 inch thick. Brown in 1 tbls butter in large skillet for 5 mins. on each side. Remove patties from skillet. Combine sup and 1/2 c water, blend into pan drippings. Return patties to skillet, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

1-1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp butter
1-1/2 c Minute Rice

Bring 1-1/2 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tsp butter to boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 munites.
Serve meat and sauce over rice.
