2/3 c butter
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c packed dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
3 bars (3 oz each) Swiss dark chocolate,chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
1 1/2 c flakes coconut
1 jar (3 1/2 oz) macadamia nuts, chopped coarse (about 3/4 c)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. LIghtly grease two cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat butter, sugars, egg and vanilla at medium-high speed until fluffy. Reduce mixer speed to low, add flour, increase mixer spped gradually and beat just until blended. Stir in coconut, nuts and chocolate. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls dough 2 1/2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 17 minutes or until edges of cookies are lightly browned and tops look dry. Cool on sheet 5 minutes. Remove cookies to rack to cool completely.
