Ingredients:  
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
3 T pineapple, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts or coconut
1 yellow cake mix
1 small instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
(add pinapple juice if needed to thin)

Topping

1 large vanilla pudding (dry)
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 large cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients. Put into 4- 9" round cake pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes. Cool.

Mix all topping ingredients. Spread over layers.

This is so yummy, but tends to be messy. You can use 3-4 skewers inserted down through the layers to keep it all together until it is well chilled.
