1 lb. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean hot preferred)
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups Bisquick
Tabasco, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Work together cheese, sausage, and Bisquick until it is like dough. (Add Bisquick as needed rather than all at once.) Form in 1/2" balls.

Bake 15 minutes at 375 until brown.
