Mash together:
4 med. Bananas
1 C sugar
½ C veg. Oil or apple sauce

Add and stir in:
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Sift together and add to above mixture:
2 C wheat flour
1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking soda**
¼ tsp. Salt

Bake in a loaf or bunt pan @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Time to bake is approximately 20 min. per 1 inch of batter. **When doubling the recipe don’t double the soda...**
