3 cups milk
2 small pkgs. of vanilla pudding
graham crackers
Cool Whip
For Topping:
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer crackers in 9X13 pan. Pour half of pudding mixture on top. Layer more crackers, the rest of the pudding, then top with more crackers. For topping: beat until smooth and pour over dessert. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
