5-10 lbs. Shrimp (med. sized)
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 qt. sour cream
1 T. lemon juice
2 pkgs. Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons)
3 cans artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
1 jar horseradish (optional)
1 bunch parsley
2 bunches green onion tops

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in highly seasoned water (1 bottle crab boil, red pepper, & salt). Peel & clean shrimp. Chop green onion tops & parsley finely in food processor. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, onion tops, Italian dressing, & horseradish. Mix shrimp, artichokes, & dressing mixture. Refrigerate several hours & serve cold with Melba toast rounds.
