1 loaf Texas Toast or egg bread cut in cubes
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese,lightly softened
1 1/2 cups blueberries,tossed lightly with flour
6 tablespoons butter, melted
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup maple syrup

Coat 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer half the bread cubes in the pan. Sprinkle with cinamon. Cut cream cheese in cubes and scatter over bread. Layer blueberries over cheese. Cover with remaining bread. Sprinkle with cinamon. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Press bread with spatula to help soak up mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve with additional syrup if desired.
