5 tomatoes
4 bell peppers
2 large onions
2 jalapeno peppers
bundle of cilantro
1/4 c. oregano
1/2 c. olive oil
Salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, chop vegetables. Add all other ingredients. Can be eaten right away or can refrigerate overnight. Serve with favorite chips or over chicken before you bake it.
