1 pkg MJB wild & white rice mix
12 stuffed green olives; thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper; diced
1 can chicken broth
2 - 6 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts; drained, rinsed and halved.
3/4 tsp curry powder
1/3 cup Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice to package directions. Omit butter and substitute chicken broth for water. Place in large bowl, add vegetables and artichokes mi\x in 1/3 cup mayo and 3/4 tsp curry
