1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream (no substitutes)
Mixed berries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and instant coffe with water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Place the chocolate chips in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade. At the hot sugar syrup and blend for 6 seconds. Add the eggs and cream and blend for 1 minute. Pour into 1 1/2 qt souffle dish or a 9-inch square pan. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. To serve, scoop into small balls from the dish or cut into squares from the pan.
Garnish with mixed strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
