Sesame Mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. Oriental sesame oil
2 1/2 T. toasted sesame seeds

2 1/2 # asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
Place mayonnaise, lemon juice, sesame oil, and 2 T. sesame seeds in bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Parboil cleaned asparagus in boiling, salted water, about
2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and plunge into a bowl filled with ice water to stop the cooking process and maintain bright green color. Pat dry and wrap in paper towels and place in ziploc bags in fridge until ready to use.
To serve, arrange spears around a bowl of sesame mayo on a large platter. Sprinkle toasted seeds on to of asparagus to garnish.
