3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 lg. onion
1 garlic clove- minced
1 lg. carrot- chopped or grated
8 oz. green chili salsa
6 cans Swanson chicken broth (about 10 1/2cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Let cool and cut in pieces. Dice and cook onion until clear. Add broth, garlic, carrots, and salsa. Bring to boil, add chicken and simmer. Serve with toppings.

Topping:
Tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, grated Monterey jack cheese and cilantro.
