1 Ripe Mango, diced
1/4 fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 Cup purple onion, chopped
1 Cup Yellow or Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Serrano Chile, finely chopped
Juice of one lime
1/4 Cup fresh Cilantro, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl, Refrigerate until ready to use. Keeps about 4 days in refrigerator. Excellent served with beef, pork or chicken.
