2 c Swansdown flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1 c milk
4 Tbsp melted butter
3 egg whites

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to flour and beat until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter.
