Chineese Chicken Wings Recipe

4 lb. chicken wings (about 30 wings)
4 green onions- chopped
1/4 c. oil
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 t. salt
2 t. fresh ground pepper
1 t. ground ginger
2 T. sugar
Stir together then add:
1 bunch cilantro- chopped
2 cloves of garlic

Stir together well. Pour over chicken wings. You can put on frozen wings and marinade over night. Or marinade for 2 to 3 hours. Put foil over a large baking sheet, put wings on sheet single layered. Cook 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn over half way through baking time.
