Put all ingredients together in a mixer and mix for 10 min. Let rise until double. Beat down and turn onto counter. Knead in more flour if dough is really sticky. Divide dough in half. Make two long french loaves and put on cookie sheet. Slash top of loaves 3 times. Can brush with egg white or butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise for 20-30 min. Bake at 400 for 20-30 min.

Personal Notes:
I often divide dough into thirds and put into bread pans. Baking time is a little shorter and I brush with butter when I take them out of the oven. Also, if I'm in a hurry, I don't even let it rise twice. As soon as I take the dough out of the mixer, I put it in greased bread pans and let it rise once and bake. It still works great, and we have warm bread for dinner.
