2 pounds fresh hamburger
2 pounds fresh ground sausage
1 big chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup raw rice (long grain)
2 slices bread (soaked in milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above and wrap in blanched cabbage leaves. Blanch 2 heads of cabbage in hot water. Put a layer of fresh cabbage leaf in bottom of baking dish. Alternate cabbage rolls and layer of sauerkraut (4 pounds of sauerkraut, drain and wash off). Add about 3 cans of tomato sour over the top. Bake in 300 oven for 4 hours
