10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 pt creamed small curd cottage cheese
1 lb jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup oleo, melted
1 can (4-oz) green chiles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese and melted oleo, blending smoothly. Stir in chiles. Pour mixture into a well buttered 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Bake in a 350 oven for about 35 minutes or until top is brown and center appears firm. Serve hot. Can be made ahead and baked later.
