"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Brown meat and onions, add tomato sauce and spices. Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Roll out dough on floured surface (or just pat out on greased cookie sheet). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Spoon meat mixture over center third (lengthwise). Sprinkle with cheese. Make diagonal cuts on each side of dough 1 1/2" inches apart to within 1/2" of filling.
