2 cubes butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup popcorn kernels- popped in air popper ( I use a little less because I like a lot of caramel!)

Directions:
Directions:
Add first three ingredients into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 min. Stir well. If needed, microwave for 30 more seconds until marshmallows are melted. Pour over popcorn.

This is SOOOOOO easy my 9 year old son makes it! When we get a craving for caramel popcorn (about every other night) it's ready in minutes!
